跑步笔记(11.06)
跑步:晚上先慢跑2km热身,接着做3组3km重复跑:
第1组
3km@5'00", 4'49", 4'44"
1km@6'01" 慢跑恢复
第2组
3km@4'40", 4'40", 4'41"
1km@6'10" 慢跑恢复
第3组
3km@4'34", 4'35", 4'30"
之后慢跑2.5km冷身结束训练,全程用时82分钟。
力量:平板支撑x3分钟
用重复跑来训练混氧跑的能力,感觉很好,继续努力💪💪💪
