跑步笔记(10.30)
跑步:下午室内有氧慢跑20分钟,保持运动状态。
力量:箭步蹲x64,靠墙静蹲x2分钟
"休整和恢复是训练计划中至关重要的一部分,其目的并不是企图规避训练。实际上,比起再出去跑一趟,有时候休整会更有好处,而有时候,一次没那么有压力的训练要比更艰苦的训练更有益处。"
