跑步笔记(8.18)
今天跑步: 先慢跑6km热身,之后全力跑了5km,打破5km的最好记录——比之前最好记录提升了4秒,最后再慢跑1km多冷身。
从3月开始有氧慢跑以来,虽然没有专门去训练跑步配速,5km的最好成绩还是不断取得进步,在5月19日取得创记录的21'55",而今天则把成绩推进到21'51"。这进一步证明了有氧慢跑对于跑步配速的提升有明显的效果,以后继续有氧慢跑,继续加油💪💪💪
