静心养性
一个人在情绪低落或者烦躁的时候,生气发火的几率比平常高。
静心养性,在一件事情上不要放入过多的个人情感,尽量把不同的事情分开对待,这样因心情起伏而影响决定的情况就会减少。
静坐冥想是保持平和心情的一个好方法,闭上眼睛心中默念放松的简单词语,一小段时间都可以达到意想不到的效果。
跑步则是让自己的情绪健康发泄的一种方法。不管心情如何糟糕,出去跑个5公里、10公里,再糟糕的情绪也会随着汗水的挥洒逐渐地消失。
